Personal Opinion:

There is no doubt you can make a great deal of money online using Affiliate Marketing...but, if you don't know what you're doing, it's a minefield. You can just as easily end up losing a packet if you don't have the right information! This is the right basic information that will get you started on the road to a good affiliate income.
Once you've got these basics under your belt, then you can think about learning some more advanced techniques.
So, if you're starting out online and need a solid base in how to make it in Affiliate Marketing, at the ridiculous price of $9.97...this one's a complete no brainer! Highly recommended buy!
