Personal Opinion:
Once again, I can't really give a better referral on this other than to say it's my first port of call for PLR when I need content. There are some real gems in here.
The only downside is that sometimes it can take a bit of time to find exactly what you're looking for, but if you are doing something like the 20/20 Challenge or need content that you can publish under your own name and don't want to pay for ghost writers or spend the time writing yourself, this is a real treasure trove that can save you thousands.
Recommended as a great source of free content, especially as it's free of charge! There is a paid for upgrade if you can't find the content you want in the free area.
